TravelJoy is designed to go beyond conventional travel insurance boundaries to ensure peace of mind for customers. In addition to covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen luggage, one of its unique features includes telehealth services, which allows policyholders to consult medical professionals through virtual appointments, no matter where they are in the world. Customers can purchase TravelJoy directly through Klook’s platform when making travel arrangements, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience. By combining Klook’s market-leading insights on traveler preferences with Zurich’s expertise in product design and claims experience, the partnership aims to continually tailor insurance offerings that meet the unique needs of today’s travelers and provide reliable protection.
