In addition, The Digital Banker recognises institutions that are leveraging AI to create entirely new revenue models and business opportunities- from intelligent product design and dynamic pricing to predictive advisory and automated cross-sell- showcasing how AI is driving both innovation and growth across the financial services ecosystem.

JPMorganChase bagged another award in the service category for the Best AI-Powered Platform – Overall. It’s Large Language Models (LLM) suite, a proprietary generative AI platform, enables its employees and businesses to drive enterprise AI productivity at scale with the latest Generative AI technology. It leverages third-party LLM including those created by OpenAI and Anthropic. It is being used by more than 230,000 of its employees. The platform’s adaptability enables users to generate client-ready presentations, analyse complex data sets, and communicate more effectively. For instance, bankers leverage LLM Suite to expedite preparation for client meetings while middle and back-office teams use the platform to accelerate document analysis. Corporate functions benefit from faster report creation and streamlined legal contract reviews.
In 2024, J.P. Morgan’s Payments Division launched Turbo, an AI testing platform for financial institutions, transforming how payments are tested. Turbo, an internally developed innovation-led platform with limited vendor support, seeks to address increasing complexity, regulatory demands, and time-to-market pressures in payment system changes. According to the bank, traditional testing methods were manual, inconsistent, and unable to scale—especially for end-to-end acceptance testing across both legacy and modern platforms. Turbo offers scalable and resilient testing solutions that can cut lead times, boost quality, and reduce cost. The initiative was recognised as the best global bank for the Outstanding Use of AI by an Institution – Overall, category.
