Singapore-based international insurtech bolttech has appointed Stuart Watson as its Director, Insurance Exchange, Asia.
In his new role, Stuart will lead business development for bolttech’s embedded insurance and marketplace propositions in the region, working closely with new and existing partners as well as intermediaries.
Stuart is an established leader with a proven track record in developing, pricing, and launching new markets, partnerships, insurance product lines and multinational programmes. He has 18 years of international and cross-cultural experience in the insurance industry, including past stints at large insurance and broking firms such as Aon and AIG. Prior to joining bolttech, Stuart was at Aon where he was leading Aon’s overall Affinity & Digital Solutions strategy across 13 countries covering Greater China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
He assumed his new role in July 2023 and is based in Singapore.
