Moneythor has partnered with Mastercard to provide First Abu Dhabi Bank customers with personalised digital insights that make spending and cashflow easier to understand and manage.
Singapore-based fintech Moneythor has entered into a new partnership with Mastercard to deliver enhanced digital insights to customers of First Abu Dhabi Bank, the UAE’s largest lender. By combining Mastercard’s payment processing infrastructure with Moneythor’s personalisation technology, the collaboration aims to give bank customers clearer visibility into how and where they spend their money.
Through the integration, users will be able to see transactions displayed with recognisable merchant names and logos, while spending is automatically organised into intuitive categories. The solution also offers cashflow forecasting and concise transaction summaries designed to help customers better understand their financial position and anticipate upcoming expenses.
According to Moneythor, the approach is centred on presenting every transaction, from regular household bills to daily purchases, in a format that is easy to interpret and act upon, providing customers with the context and tools needed to take greater control of their finances.
The agreement with FAB builds on an existing relationship between Moneythor and Mastercard that dates back to 2019, when Moneythor was selected to participate in the Mastercard Start Path programme. Founded in 2013, Moneythor was chosen for the initiative in recognition of its data-driven digital banking software, which enables banks, card issuers and digital-only institutions to deliver personalised recommendations and actionable insights based on customer spending behaviour.
