This partnership represents a crucial step towards strengthening Qatar’s position as a regional hub for digital innovation and supporting the objectives of Qatar’s National Vision 2030.
Enhancing Qatar’s payment solutions
Doha Bank’s partnership with PayTabs, a payment solutions provider in the MENA region, will provide businesses in Qatar with a secure, cost-effective, and innovative digital payment solutions that are critical for enhancing the e-commerce ecosystem.
Dimitrios Kokosioulis, Deputy CEO of Doha Bank, emphasised the importance of the partnership in supporting Qatar’s growing digital economy. The Bank’s leadership also underscored the importance of these results in driving Qatar’s broader economic diversification. Group CEO Sheikh Abdulrahman Bin Fahad Bin Faisal Al Thani remarked, “Throughout Q3 2025, Doha Bank has sustained its trajectory of transformation and innovation by delivering enhanced value to customers and deepening international partnerships.” He added that the Bank’s focus will continue to centre on digital and open banking initiatives, contributing to Qatar’s sustainable economic growth under Vision 2030.

Doha Bank also reported in its Q3 results that the bank has pioneered Qatar’s first API banking product, enabling corporate clients to seamlessly integrate their enterprise resource planning systems with real-time transaction updates and automated reconciliation. This move strengthens Doha Bank’s leadership in open banking and sets a new standard in the financial sector.
Additionally, the bank’s expansion of the Tadbeer payroll solution is helping government entities enhance salary management, streamline operations, and contribute to Qatar’s broader digital transformation and sustainability goals.
