BNP Paribas Bank Polska’s Cash Management and IT teams have introduced a series of initiatives aimed at improving how businesses manage their financial operations.
Leading these efforts are Krzysztof Hok, Managing Director and Head of Cash Management; Anna Krupa, Product Owner for Cash Management; Marcin Myszkowski, Tribe Cash Management Leader and Dorota Pogorzelska, Chapter Leader of Cash Management. Their combined expertise and commitment has focused on building tools that simplify corporate processes while strengthening security and efficiency.
One outcome of these initiatives is the development of the bank’s Mastercard Business World Elite card, designed to support the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The product integrates payment functionality with digital cash management tools, allowing businesses to streamline administrative processes and gain clearer oversight of expenses.
The approach reflects the bank’s broader strategy to create an ecosystem of financial services that supports day-to-day business activity. From intelligent billing solutions to integrated business cards, it aims to reduce operational complexity and enable companies to manage finances more efficiently.
At the Global SME Innovation Awards 2026, these efforts received recognition when BNP Paribas Bank Polska’s Mastercard Business World Elite card was named Best New SME Product of the Year and Best SME Business Credit Card. The recognition highlights the bank’s focus on practical solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of SME clients.
As Hok and his colleagues emphasise, their mission is to create a complete ecosystem that ranges from intelligent billing to business cards, giving companies a competitive edge and simplifying daily operations. They believe that innovation is not about adding features but about solving real problems.
The teams remain committed to setting industry trends and continue focusing on user-friendly solutions that deliver unique value.
