What's New This Year?

For the 2026 edition, we have introduced two forward looking categories that reflect the insurance industry’s evolving priorities – going beyond just product and technological innovation. The Responsible AI Awards seek to recognise insurers that are introducing ethical, transparent and well-governed AI into core operations. Complementing this, the Next-Gen & Emerging Risk Insurance Awards spotlight insurers that are developing solutions for new, emerging risks and thus shaping the future of protection. Together, these new additions signal that insurers are not only innovating, but also being responsible, strategic and forward-thinking.

Who Can Apply?

The Global Insurance Innovation Awards is open to all institutions operating across the insurance landscape. We welcome submissions from Life and Non-Life Insurance providers, Reinsurers, Takaful operators, Insurtech companies and Technology Service providers.
