AIA Insurance and Commercial Bank break records in first year of exclusive partnership

AIA Insurance has marked the first anniversary of its exclusive bancassurance partnership with Commercial Bank.

Driven by a joint mission of “Protecting Sri Lankans Like Never Before”, this collaboration has rapidly delivered on its promise, achieving transformative outcomes for Sri Lankans. In less than a year since inception, the partnership has achieved remarkable results, underscoring its profound impact on the Sri Lankan community.

The partnership was able to secure over Rs. 1.2 billion in Annualised New Premium (ANP) in less than one year of operations, demonstrating unparalleled trust from customers. More than 3,000 individuals and families have been protected, ensuring their financial security and peace of mind. Furthermore, the partnership has maintained an active portfolio exceeding Rs. 32 billion in life covers, underscoring its dedication to safeguarding lives.
